When you make a reservation we will, apart from details regarding the specific order, also in our reservations system register the personal data you have provided us. We will use this data to communicate with you regarding your order.
All personal data will be deleted in our system six months after your booking has been carried through, completed and paid for or six months after your latest contact with us.
We will save you email address in order to, in a considerate manner, inform you of changes, news and offers regarding the products and services you have ordered from us. We believe this information may be of interest to you.
You can contact us if you would like us to unregister the personal data you have provided us when we no longer need the information due to an ongoing business relation.
